The Newest Additions To My Physical TBR! (so that instead of spitting fire at me from goodreads, they can “fall” [“oops!”, they cried sarcastically] on my face while I’m sleeping)

We all know that books that have been sitting on your tbr for a while can be a little… scary? Vicious? Murderou-

It’s enough to strike fear into anyones heart!

But PHYSICAL TBRs hold all the real power…

They would mercilessly just, drop themselves on your face while you’re innocently passing by. It was only to remind you that you had them sitting on your shelf, they’d try to reason.

We live in constant fear of all forms of our TBR. And so. Here’s me, making a list of the 10 newest books I’ve added to my TBR, out of which I’ve read 3/10, I’m just giving my TBR the nourishment it needs to defeat me.

I haven’t bought many NEW new books recently, so this list is of the ones I got in the past few months in no particular order… I honestly can’t remember when I got them? It feels like they’ve always been on my shelf?

Maybe they have?

I am linking this post up with Today’s Top Ten Tuesday‘s prompt “Most Recent Additions to My TBR!”

All links will take you to Goodreads so that you guys can check these books out and add them to your TBR so that they can one day vanquish you!

Any sequels will link to the first book to avoid spoilers! Apart from one book on this list… it’s a companion novel so you don’t need to read the first one!

What have you recently added to your TBR?? Have you added any to your physical TBR lately?? Which ones? Just doing some research so that my TBR can become even stronger! Other than that, what books are you guys loving at the moment?? (might be some more research but… please?)

    1. Sometimes I think about what it might feel like to have conquered the TBR. To not have a stack of books that you really want to read and instead sit around waiting for new releases because there is nothing else.

BUT THAT LASTS A HOT SECOND! THEN IT’S GONE!
There are so many backlist titles that I haven’t discovered yet but know I’ll NEED to read urgently…. but yet also never read? I think we’re stuck in a never ending TBR XD we can chip away at it but it’s not going to budge

    1. Right??? I plan to get to it as soon as possible because I just NEEEEEEEEEEED a good Paranormal Romance right now! And I hear this one is better than the first book! SO DOUBLE REASON TO DIVE STRAIGHT IN!

  1. Oooh, I still need to read Wicked Fox! I keep forgetting about it. Just put a hold on that. *cough* I actually think most of these are on my TBR? *eyes it suspiciously* Not sure yet if I should be concerned about that. It’s just an electronic TBR, though, so it should be okay … right? RIGHT?! Nope, that’s it, I’m sleeping with one eye open anyway, just in case.

I did read Keeper of the Bees, and I really liked it! Better than the first, I think.

    Here’s my TTT post.

    1. I really enjoyed Wicked Fox, although…. I did binge 2 K-Dramas in the past week because I thought about Wicked Fox for 2 seconds… I regret nothing!!
Mwhahahaha! IT WAS I WHO PUT THEM ON YOUR TBR! Although, I’ve also read other bloggers posts this Tuesday and was all “Oh that looks good! I’ll go and add that to my list and -” *narrows eyes* It’s already on the list… though I don’t remember adding it?? But it’s there??? *shrug* I don’t question the great powers of the TBR! I honestly think any form of TBR is scary, whether it’s digital or physical… the books become bloodthirsty. If anyone says they have a perfectly under control TBR… they aren’t human. They are probably possessed by their TBR’s… or they’re demons??

OOOOOOOOO! BETTER THAN THE FIRST??? I loooooved Black Bird of the Gallows! And if the second one’s beTTER !!!!!! I need to read it immediately!

      1. WHY WOULD YOU DO SUCH A THING? Just to watch me suffer as my TBR becomes sentient and holds me hostage in the basement until I finish every last book?!

Oh, yeah, I do that all the time. It seems like every TTT, I get “reminders” that I wanted to read a book that I’d totally forgotten existed. xD Oops? Hey, demons are people, too!

Yes, it was fantastic. I enjoyed Black Bird of the Gallows, but Keeper of the Bees examined the OTHER side with … sort of an antihero? I guess? I just loved the dynamic so much more.
